Newark Town Band

About The Band

Newark Town Band was formed in 1957 following the demise of the then Royal British Legion Band. Having enjoyed success during the 1960's and 70's, NTB is now again in it's ascedancy.

With a core membership of some 25 players, Newark Town Band performs locally in churches, community centres and various clubs with many performances in support of local charities.

However, the Band receives no sponsorship. With running costs in excess of £2000 NTB depends on performance fees.
